Acceptance and operator

These Terms form an agreement between you and Fynory LLC, the commercial operator of ALL. By purchasing, installing, activating or using ALL, you agree to these Terms. If you use ALL for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

ALL is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI. “ChatGPT,” third-party names and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. You may install or use ALL only on computers, accounts, services and data you are authorized to control. You are responsible for people you allow to use your license or device.

What ALL provides

ALL is local integration software that lets an authorized ChatGPT conversation use capabilities available on a customer computer. Depending on the operating system, installed applications, permissions and configuration, it can work with files, Terminal, browser, desktop UI, processes, developer tools and other documented capabilities.

ALL is not a ChatGPT account, does not sell OpenAI usage and does not remove, expand, evade or alter ChatGPT/Codex or other third-party service limits.

Plans, prices and taxes

Current published prices are: ALL Lifetime, USD 19.99 one-time; ALL Lifetime + Updates, USD 39.99 one-time; and ALL Monthly, USD 3.99 per month. Checkout shows the applicable price before payment. Taxes may be added where required by law or the payment processor. The free 3-hour trial has no price and needs no card (see Free trial).

We may change prices for future purchases. A price change does not retroactively change an amount already charged for a one-time purchase. Subscription changes will be communicated or handled in accordance with applicable law and available billing tools.

Free trial

Fynory LLC may offer a free ALL trial of 3 hours on a single computer, with no card and no payment. The trial is created when an email is registered on the trial page and activated when ALL is installed and that email is verified with a 6-digit code. The 3 hours run on our servers’ clock from the moment the computer is registered, not from sign-up, and a trial that is never activated expires after 14 days.

There is one trial per person and per computer. To prevent repeats we verify the email with the code and remember the computer through hashed identifiers; we may refuse, limit or close trials that try to circumvent this limit, without notice. When it ends, ALL stops responding to ChatGPT on that computer and shows the available plans; nothing is charged and the files and work on the computer are not modified. Purchasing a plan reactivates the same installation.

The trial is offered “as is”, may be suspended or changed at any time and, except as stated in this section, is governed by these Terms like any other use of ALL. The trial’s service emails (welcome, code, reminder and end) are necessary to provide it; later offers are sent only with your consent, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Software license

Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, Fynory LLC grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to install and use the ALL version included in your plan on the number of devices authorized by your purchase.

You do not acquire ownership of ALL code, infrastructure, marks, design, capability catalog or backend services. You may not resell activation keys, publish credentials, sublicense ALL, remove proprietary notices, or evade license, device or update controls. Reverse-engineering restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Activation and device limit

Each purchase or subscription includes up to three active devices. The device limit can be raised by agreement (extra seats, added by us on request at admin@fynory.app); the limit shown on your license page is the one that applies. Each device is registered separately and keeps its own authorization, including for ChatGPT: a conversation reaches another of your computers only where ChatGPT has been authorized on that computer too. We may block activations above the limit that applies to your license, attempts to reuse a license on unauthorized machines, or activity indicating fraud or circumvention.

You can manage registered computers and release a device slot from your private license page. Removal requires confirmation from the control plane before the slot is shown as released. Uninstalling ALL may also release its slot. Removing a device does not erase its local files, task history or third-party copies.

Installation, permissions and sensitive control

ALL may require operating-system permissions, automation, file access, screen access, Terminal or administrative privileges for particular capabilities. You decide whether to grant them. Granting a permission means an authorized conversation can use capabilities enabled by that permission.

ALL should not be treated as a perfect sandbox. Keep backups before destructive operations, review consequential requests and avoid granting unnecessary privileges.

ALL Monthly

ALL Monthly renews automatically each month until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges for the displayed price plus applicable taxes. You can stop future renewals using the subscription-management mechanism available to you or by contacting support where appropriate.

If a subscription becomes inactive, expired, canceled, unpaid or otherwise not considered active/trialing by Stripe, managed access may be suspended. Cancellation normally prevents future charges; it does not by itself create a right to a prorated refund for a period already started unless applicable law requires one.

Updates, improvements and versions

“Lifetime” grants the right to use the purchased version but not future versions. The entitlement may enforce a maximum version and reject a later installer with that license.

“Lifetime + Updates” and “Monthly” include updates Fynory LLC designates for those tiers while offered as part of the product. “Updates” does not mean every future feature, successor product, add-on service or third-party integration must be included free forever. We may retire functionality that becomes obsolete, unsafe or impractical because of external changes.

Updates including ALL 0.6.8 are available to eligible plans. Device security improvements activate when that installation updates. Normal session renewal does not require periodic reinstalling or reconnecting ChatGPT; macOS may ask for native Keychain approval. Revocation, lost credentials, outages or third-party changes can still interrupt access.

Payment, confirmation and delivery

Stripe processes payments. ALL does not receive your full card number. A purchase is confirmed only after the server verifies the corresponding status with Stripe. A redirect, screenshot or visual browser state does not replace server verification.

After a verified purchase, ALL provides a private license page and the appropriate installers. Delivery may include a license email. Keep your activation key and private license link secure; contact support if delivery fails.

Cancellations, refunds and chargebacks

Subscription cancellation stops future renewals according to the timing and state shown by Stripe. Refunds, if any, are governed by applicable law and any specific policy presented at checkout or communicated by support. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer refund rights.

If you have an activation or delivery problem, contact us before starting a chargeback so we can investigate. Fraud, abusive chargebacks or continued use after recovering payment may result in license suspension without affecting non-waivable legal rights.

Your responsibilities

• Secure your accounts, authenticated sessions, devices and backups.
• Review instructions that can delete data, publish content, spend money, modify infrastructure or affect third parties.
• Comply with terms, licenses and policies of services you choose to automate.
• Do not use ALL to access systems or data without authorization.
• Do not use ALL for malware, fraud, phishing, spam, credential abuse, unlawful surveillance, security-control evasion or unlawful activity.
• Keep purchase and support information reasonably current.

Third-party services

Workflows involving ChatGPT/OpenAI, Apple, Google, GitHub, Cloudflare, Adobe, Microsoft, operating systems and other applications depend on those third parties. You need your own accounts, licenses, authentication, agreements, memberships, permissions and approvals where required.

A third party can change an API, interface, policy, availability or security model in ways that affect an ALL capability. Fynory LLC does not control or guarantee third-party services.

AI, ALL Guide and results

ALL Guide is the website AI assistant and does not control your computer. It can be wrong. After ALL is installed, ChatGPT or other models you use can also misunderstand instructions, generate defective code or propose an incorrect action. Review results according to the risk of the task.

ALL does not provide legal, medical, financial, accounting or professional security advice. Obtain independent professional review where a decision requires it.

Data, content and backups

You retain your rights in your files and content. You authorize us to technically process information necessary to provide ALL, such as routing a request and returning its result. You are responsible for having authority to process third-party data you place into or expose through ALL.

ALL is not a backup service. Fynory LLC has no obligation to reconstruct files, repositories, credentials, configuration or data that you did not appropriately back up.

Files you ask ChatGPT to move between your computers are stored in ALL storage as encrypted copies that can be downloaded for at most 24 hours (after that they are deleted; deletion by the storage expiry rule can lag by up to one more day), and the local journal, saved recipes, project index and job records stay on your computers; see Privacy for what they hold.

Tool results and relevant file excerpts or screenshots can be sent to ChatGPT. Optional AI diagnosis and visual control can send relevant information to Cloudflare Workers AI. Local execution does not mean offline processing. The relay can read and modify traffic in transit; TLS protects individual connections and does not provide end-to-end encryption. Intellectual property and feedback

ALL, its name, design, code, documentation, website, catalog and related services are owned by Fynory LLC or its licensors, except third-party components under their own licenses. These Terms do not transfer intellectual-property ownership.

If you send suggestions or feedback, you may continue to use them and grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use them to improve or develop ALL without compensation obligation.

Availability, changes and suspension

ALL is under active development. We may fix, change, limit, replace or retire components for security, compatibility, maintenance, abuse, legal requirements or third-party changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or perpetual compatibility with every operating-system or application version.

We may suspend a license or device when we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, security compromise, a material violation of these Terms or risk to users, infrastructure or third parties. Where reasonable, we will try to provide a support or review path.

Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” FYNORY LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THAT EVERY THIRD-PARTY WORKFLOW WILL REMAIN FUNCTIONAL.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain implied warranties. In those jurisdictions, this clause applies only to the extent legally permitted.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FYNORY LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OPPORTUNITY OR REPUTATION ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ALL.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FYNORY LLC’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATING TO ALL WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR ALL DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 50. This limit does not apply where law prohibits limitation, including liability that legally cannot be excluded.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify Fynory LLC against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of ALL, unauthorized access to systems or data, material breach of these Terms or infringement of third-party rights. This clause does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by Fynory LLC conduct that legally cannot be excluded.

Legal compliance and trade controls

You may not use ALL where doing so would violate applicable sanctions, export controls or other law. You are responsible for rules applicable to your location, industry, data and systems.

Termination

You may stop using ALL at any time. Fynory LLC may terminate or suspend use rights for material breach, fraud, security risk or legal obligation. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, outstanding payments, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute provisions, continue as applicable.

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are interpreted under law applicable to Fynory LLC and the transaction, without displacing mandatory consumer protections or jurisdiction rules that cannot be waived by contract. Before filing a formal claim, we ask that you contact admin@fynory.app to attempt a good-faith resolution unless urgent relief or law makes delay inappropriate.

These Terms do not impose a universal mandatory-arbitration clause or class-action waiver. Any additional dispute mechanism would need to be validly communicated and comply with applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. We will publish the revised version and updated date. A material change does not retroactively change the price already charged for a one-time purchase. If law requires additional notice or consent, we will use an appropriate mechanism.
