01 Install on a computerALL

02 Connect ALL to ChatGPTGPT
When the installer finishes it shows a connection code and the MCP connector URL. In ChatGPT open chatgpt.com/plugins, click Add and choose Create custom MCP server.
Choose the Server URL tab, paste your computer's MCP connector URL (listed below, or shown by the installer) with no trailing slash, and keep OAuth. Then approve with the connection code. Menu names can vary with your ChatGPT plan and language.

03 Use it in ChatGPTGPT
In a new chat (if you do not see ALL turned on, turn it on from the + button or from the chat tools) ask for something on your computer. To check the connection, write: “Use ALL and tell me which version I have.”
By default ALL works on your whole disk. If there are folders you do not want it to touch, mark them as private: ALL does not read them, does not write in them and refuses the commands that name them (needs ALL 2.0 or newer). ChatGPT can see the list but has no tool to change it.
How: in the ALL icon → Private folders → Add folder… (on Mac and Windows; on Linux it is done with a command).
Pause stops ALL on that computer (running ALL 2.0 or newer) as soon as it is on and connected: it runs nothing until you resume it here, from the ALL icon (Mac and Windows) or on the computer itself. While paused, ChatGPT will show a connection error; resume to continue. It stops what ALL launched (commands, terminals, jobs, and the programs those commands left running in the background), not the programs you opened yourself or the development servers ALL started with process_start. "Resume ALL" also lifts a pause made from ChatGPT or on the computer.
Uninstalling ALL frees its computer automatically. If a computer broke or you no longer have it, remove it here to free that seat.
